Kimberly has spent over a decade creating engaging, vibrant, sassy and smart television. She's been a host, producer, field producer, and arts & entertainment reporter for CBC
Television and radio, the Life Network, CTV's "E Now", One: the Body,
Mind, Spirit Channel, and the A-Channel and
MTN-TV in western Canada.
Behind-the-scenes, Kimberly was responsible for creating and producing the half-hour nightly Alberta arts/entertainment/variety show "Wired".
She was the producer for One: the Body, Mind, Spirit Channel's first
signature production -- interstitial series "The One Thing I Always
Do..." about the things celebrities do daily to keep themselves
centered. For CBC television, she co-produced "The Scene" -- a nightly look at the Alberta arts scene, as well as producing stories for CBC National.
Kimberly has also been a documentary producer and Associate Producer for
CBC Radio 1's "Definitely Not the Opera" with comedy
contributions to "The Current".
She worked independently as lifestyles reporter/field producer for "Canadian Living Television" and as an on-air reporter/producer for Canada's national entertainment show "E Now". Her first producer/director role was as the head of "Live on Lombard"
on MTN (now CityTV) -- a nightly look at Winnipeg's vibrant arts community. Before taking
the helms of shows, Kimberly worked on the production teams of many CBC variety productions from "Dancers for Life" to "The Canada Day Special" to "The Gemini
Awards". She
just finished four seasons as the host and associate producer of the W Network's "Take This
House and Sell It!". In 2007, Kimberly launched her own
production company, Divine Redhead
Productions, to create spiritual, wellness, and conscious living
programming that is comedic, stylish, and irreverent.
Kimberly has her degree in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University in Toronto where she specialized in Broadcast Journalism and Documentary Production. Outside of the world of television, Kimberly has made her way as an actor, singer, musician, and
sketch/improv comedian.
Kimberly's favorite project….life, began in the town of Beausejour, Manitoba. She is now a resident of Toronto.
